10th Anniversary Kneading Conference plus Artisan Bread Fair

The Maine Grain Alliance is proud to announce Amy Halloran as the 2016 Kneading Conference Keynote Speaker. Amy Halloran followed her love of flour back to the field and wrote THE NEW BREAD BASKET: How the New Crop of Grain Growers, Plant Breeders, Millers, Maltsters, Bakers, Brewers, and Local Food Activists Are Redefining Our Daily Loaf (Chelsea Green, 2015). A native of upstate New York, she runs a community meals program, and teaches cooking, food justice and writing. She never tires of pancakes.
