Description
Kate Westdijk, Food Systems Research Specialist at UVM, will take you on a tour of medicinal plants on the Hort. Farm, followed by demonstrations of ways to prepare the plants for your family's medicine cabinet. Recipes included.
Qualifies for Master Gardener Education hours.
Cost: $10 FHF and Master Gardener Members / $15 all others
