Why collaborate? What are the dimensions of collaborative success? How do people align around a common goals and values and chart a pathway to action? Curtis Ogden, of Interaction Institute for Social Change has worked with several food system networks operationalizing common goals and values. For example, he has worked with the Food Systems New England (FSNE) and the Inter-Institutional Network for Food, Agriculture, and Sustainability (INFAS) assisting with strategies to address structural racism, and promote equity in the food system.
In this webinar, Curtis will present some of the fundamental practices and frameworks that have been used to launch or course-correct a collaborative effort/network.
