Description
Join Cornell Cooperative Extension for the Second Annual Hudson Valley Value-Added Grain School. This year’s theme is “Making Grains Work on Modest Acreages”, featuring expert talks on grain production, small-scale grain storage, and understanding grain quality parameters for brewing and distilling.
Location: Anthony’s Banquet Hall, 746 Route 23B in Leeds, NY, just off the Catskill exit 21 of the NYS Thruway, centrally located between Orange and Washington counties.
Registration: Grain School registration is just $40/person and includes a catered lunch. The fee for a Trade Show table is $25 (vendors must also pay registration fee). Registration deadline is February 1. Sorry, no refunds. Register early to reserve your space!
