A Local Food Gathering for Small Campuses at Unity College in Unity, Maine

This event is an opportunity for small campuses to come together to share information about including local foods more intentionally and in larger volumes as a part of their menu and operation.  There are numerous factors that contribute to a successful local foods program, and small campuses have some unique opportunities and challenges when it comes to incorporating these kinds of products into their menu and operation.  Join us to share your experiences, learn from others, and seek collaborative opportunities.  

This event is intended primarily for any and all food service staff from small campuses (focusing mainly on campuses with under 2000 students), but may also be appealing for educators who teach courses related to this topic, students with interest in this topic, and advocates who have tools and resources to share to help promote the use of local foods on campuses.
