Description

This is a full day, interactive workshop for farmers on "Wholesale Success." Participants will learn best practices for wholesale marketing strategies and on-farm food safety, as well as basic post-harvest handling. Participants will also receive a free copy of the Wholesale Success manual (a $70 value). This 316 page manual covers up-to-date best practices information on food safety, postharvest handling, packing, business management, marketing, and crop-specific profiles for over 100 crops.

Please arrive between 8:30 and 9 am to register. Lunch, snacks, and beverages will be provided. The workshop costs $25, which includes snacks, drinks and lunch. Scholarships are available to cover registration cost if needed.
