Please join the Hartford Advisory Commission on Food Policy for their annual World Food Day Community Breakfast on October 17, 2016 from 8:30 - 11:00 am at the Studio at Billings Forge, 563 Broad Street, Hartford.
Enjoy a free breakfast catered by the Kitchen at Billings Forge and learn about the Hartford Advisory Commission on Food Policy's goals for 2017 in their annual report. This breakfast coincides with the World Food Day of the United Nations, an international celebration that draws attention to the global food system, global food security, and global environmental sustainability.
Attendees will learn about the Commission's proposals as well as contribute their experience and opinions to make Hartford a food secure city.
