Intended for CSA subscribers and food pantry/donation recipients alike, this series will go over the importance of using locally grown produce, eating seasonal produce that works with the bodies natural rhythms. PLUS, guidance on making time in your busy schedule to use fresh garden/market veggies and what to do when you have an abundance of one crop.
