Description
Poultry School is back! The two-day conference will be March 18 and 19 at Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture in Pocantico Hills, New York.
Who: Poultry growers of any skill level, from backyard flocks to serious pastured poultry farmers.
What: Workshops and walking tours covering a wide range of topics on pasture-raised chickens, turkeys, and waterfowl, with guest speakers hailing from North Carolina to Vermont. There will also be plenty of time to meet other poultry-minded people, including dinner and drinks by Blue Hill on Saturday. In other words, something for everyone!
