I did a Farmer to Farmer program in Zambia over a year ago now but have stayed in touch with the community helping them to expand on our original project which was all about tomato preservation. I taught them how to make sun-dried tomatoes, tomato powder, and tomato-peanut crackers (kind of like what might be called a raw bread here). So if that's helpful at all holler at me. I'm new to farm hacking and my husband and I just got 13 acres that we've just started farming, so we'd love to just attend too and learn from the community.
