"Folding Farm" Bike driven mobile produce trailer and display module

What is the top material made out of? How is it attached? And how does it do in wind?

I also wanted to make note that a small (great) company out of Iowa now makes a large bike trailer that can haul up to 600 lbs--if anyone's looking for a larger capacity trailer.
