I have had the darndedest time finding a flat sided aluminum pan of approximate dimensions 12" by 8" by 6". Any sources out there for a similar sized pan. Nothing offered on Amazon, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, etc. that I could find.
We will be fabricating a prototype of the culticycle based on Tim's documentation. We will have CAD files and hand drawings along with more pictures and build description. Should we add this information to Tim's culticycle page or should we start our own culticycle page? Are there examples on FarmHack of separate collaborators building documentation for a tool on the same page?
I have yet to find any CAD files on FarmHack. There are a lot of .jpegs of CAD files. Do users have to contact the developer for access to CAD files?
Do you have any more images or video of the final product in action? Would be extremely helpful.
Also, is the chain able to rotate the barrel by catching onto the bolts that come through the drain culvert? It looks like the motor was moved above the barrel in the photo but is lower in the CAD drawing, any reason for this?
Any more detailed information available about the spray assembly or which nozzels may work best? Thank you!

I've got an old, pre-70's dilapidated TroyBilt I'm gearing up to rebuild, largely for my own education on mechanics. Linkages are broken, fuel tank is missing, lots of work to be done so I figured why not rebuild it to run on biofuel. Not sure how well I'm navigating the site but I haven't found much on converting engines, biofuels, etc. to go off of.
This is a great idea. I had looked into something like this in the past, pressed in the same position. All I could find were heater chords for roofs, and they were too expensive. I didn't know this shorter heater strip existed. I was looking in the roofing section of the hardware store. I should have gone to the plumbing section.
Any suggestions on what sprocket to use with this? Sprockets for 2050 roller chain seem to be less common. The ones I see online (http://www.amazon.com/Martin-Roller-Sprocket-Reboreable-Double/dp/B004JXWG0Q) all have bores which are intended to be rebored and which do not have keyways built in. Is it ok to use a sprocket sized for a different size of roller chain?
Also how many teeth in the sprocket?
